[What do you need to be successful in this role?]

The candidate possesses at least 1 year of experience in Back-End application development using Ruby and Ruby on Rails (or Go/Python/Rust).
They exhibit a synthetic mindset, capable of rapidly understanding the core aspects of the business and converting them into a model.
Their communication skills are robust, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of audiences, from technical to non-technical.
They hold a valid work authorization (or possess a degree in a related field, for individuals necessitating visa sponsorship).

Proficiency in Japanese communication is highly advantageous.
They should have experience working with cloud infrastructure, such as AWS or GCP.
Familiarity with Front-End technologies like React and GraphQL is a valuable asset.

They should possess the ability to mentor and support fellow developers in their professional growth.

Location : 1-1-1 Shibaura, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
Job Type : Full-time employee.
Work hours : Product/development job type | Specialized work-type discretionary labor system | Basically, the start time is 9:00 and the end time is 18:00, which is left to the decision of the employee.
