Senior Front-End Engineer in Tokyo, Japan

#Requirements

[Qualifications (Required)]

Over 5 years of experience working with a JavaScript web framework, particularly React, showcasing their advanced expertise in this technology.
Strong organizational skills, efficiency, and the ability to think synthetically, allowing them to handle complex tasks effectively.
Robust communication skills that enable effective interaction with diverse audiences, ranging from technical to non-technical stakeholders.
A valid work authorization, or for those requiring visa sponsorship, a degree in a related field that supports their eligibility to work in the desired location.
Proficiency in business-level English, which facilitates effective communication in an English-speaking business environment.

Proficiency in Japanese communication skills, which is highly appreciated and can enhance collaboration in Japanese-speaking environments.
Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Photoshop to facilitate front-end integration, demonstrating the ability to translate design concepts into functional interfaces.
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to embrace new challenges, indicating a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.
A keen interest in contributing to B2B development, leveraging their development experience to drive innovation and growth in a business-to-business context.

#Working Conditions

Salary : Details will be provided during the interview and selection process.
Location : 1-1-1 Shibaura, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
Job Type : Full-time employee.
Work hours : We have full flex time for the Product division, however we have “meeting friendly hours” when we expect employees to be available.
Remote Work : We allow up to 4 day of remote work per week.
