They have the ability to drive business growth by effectively engaging both internal and external stakeholders, underpinned by strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
Their proficiency in Japanese is at a native level.

Prior experience as a product manager in the B2B SaaS or startup sector, demonstrating their expertise in managing software products for business clients.
Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) consulting, indicating their ability to optimize and streamline business processes.
Proficiency in business plan formulation and management, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and quality control in responding to business challenges.
Experience in people management, showcasing their leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in programming with languages such as Google Apps Script (GAS) and SQL, which can be valuable for technical decision-making and communication with development teams.
A high level of proficiency in English, providing the capacity to conduct business activities effectively in an English-speaking environment.

Job Type : Full-time employee.
Work hours : Product/development job type | Specialized work-type discretionary labor system | Basically, the start time is 9:00 and the end time is 18:00, which is left to the decision of the employee.
