- Engage in experimentation: conduct assessments, proactively pinpoint avenues for betterment, and discover expansion possibilities for the enterprise.
- Collaborate with Product divisions to steer the creation of novel features rooted in business and consumer requirements; oversee multifaceted tasks for significant product introductions.
- Cultivate and utilize cooperative ties with merchants in Japan and associated stakeholders.
- Possessing over 5 years of experience in roles related to marketing, merchandising, operations, or strategy with an eagerness to broaden expertise; prior work in eCommerce, grocery, or CPG merchandising is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with category management, devising merchandising tactics, and demonstrated commercial insight.
- Exceptional business acumen and analytical thinking, coupled with the ability to harness data and fresh insights to frame strategies and make decisions.
- Adept at program and project management with a history of guiding cross-functional, high-impact initiatives. This includes goal-setting, team coordination, overseeing execution, instituting governance, and reporting. Experience in diverse cultural settings is a significant advantage.
- Possessing an analytical disposition and notable business sense, coupled with proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; hands-on engagement with these tools is pivotal for success in this position.
- Demonstrating a proactive approach with a readiness to immerse oneself in tasks and a propensity for action.

- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Japanese.
