UberEats Japan is looking for a Program Manager capable of realizing the team's objectives through data analysis. The individual in this role will define essential metrics to assess team performance and foster efficiency. By analyzing data, this person will strategize in line with the organization's vision and create a roadmap for the sales team to meet their goals.

This position collaborates closely with Outbound Sales Managers and cross-functional team members, such as those in merchant operations, restaurant operations, growth operations, and so forth. The role also involves facilitating communication with internal stakeholders to convey the team's progress and hurdles.

  • Develop essential metrics to gauge the performance of the sales team and oversee their progress.
  • Conduct data analysis to pinpoint main challenges and opportunities, then devise actionable strategies to enhance team efficiency and the success rate of outbound acquisitions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional team members throughout the UberEats organization.
  • 4+ years of work experience in technology, consulting, or a sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Japanese, encompassing reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
  • Conversational English, along with reading and writing capabilities.
  • Proficient spreadsheet skills (including Google Sheets, Excel, etc.).
  • Advanced capabilities in data analysis and data management.
  • Robust problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Solid interpersonal abilities and experience collaborating cross-functionally with various departments.
  • SQL expertise isn't mandatory, but it's a significant advantage.

2+ years of experience in B2B high-growth companies, showcasing a history of sales performance, along with leadership experience in account acquisition, retention, and development.
