Skills and Requirements

- Management Experience (3-5 Years) : Proven leadership and management experience spanning 3 to 5 years, highlighting your ability to oversee and guide teams effectively.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English and Japanese : Proficiency in both verbal and written communication in both English and Japanese is essential.
Strong Communication Skills : The ability to effectively communicate is crucial for establishing collaborative working relationships with teams in various departments within the organization.
