  • Collaboration with Risk Team : Collaborating with the risk team to analyze collection data.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3 to 5 Years of Professional Experience in an Operation/Collection Field : A background of 3 to 5 years in a professional capacity within the operation or collection field, demonstrating a solid foundation in this domain.
  • Management Experience (3-5 Years) : Proven leadership and management experience spanning 3 to 5 years, highlighting your ability to oversee and guide teams effectively.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in English and Japanese : Proficiency in both verbal and written communication in both English and Japanese is essential.

Strong Communication Skills : The ability to effectively communicate is crucial for establishing collaborative working relationships with teams in various departments within the organization.

  • Strong Excel Skills : Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to work with complex spreadsheets and perform data analysis tasks.
