To excel in the role of Senior Platform Architect at Paidy, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Extensive Experience : A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering or systems engineering, with a diverse background that includes different roles in IT, including software engineering and architecture.
- Cloud Expertise : Excellent knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS, equivalent to or better than AWS Certified Solution Architect - Professional certification.
- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure software systems, particularly in the context of financial applications. This experience should encompass both greenfield projects and legacy systems.
- Modern Tech Stack : Familiarity with modern software development frameworks, languages, and tools relevant to cloud-based architecture.
- Microservices and Containerization : Strong expertise in microservices architecture, containerization technologies like Docker and ECS, and serverless computing.
- Distributed Systems : In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, with the ability to design and optimize for high availability, fault tolerance, and performance.
- Data Expertise : Some experience in data modeling, database design, and optimization for both transactional and analytical workloads.
