As the Business Development Manager for "Mitsumore" service, your role involves leading the business growth of the service through collaboration with diverse teams and related departments. The mission is to expand "Mitsumore" as a service while providing support to business operators in their growth endeavors. Your specific responsibilities include:

Salary :

The annual salary for this position ranges from 8 million to 13 million yen. The model annual salary is set at 8.5 million yen, structured as follows:

  • Duties allowance: ¥1,686,510 (provided regardless of overtime work, as overtime pay for 40 hours)

  • Overtime exceeding 40 hours will result in additional wages being paid for the labor portion.
  • The final annual salary offered will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and their current annual salary.
  • Stock options will be granted upon joining the company, with these options being distributed when stock option-type stock acquisition rights are issued after the candidate's onboarding.
