Salary :

The annual salary for this position is within the range of 3,500,000 to 7,000,000 yen. The model annual salary is set at 5,000,000 yen and consists of the following components:

  • Basic salary: ¥3,174,600
  • Duties allowance: ¥992,070 (provided regardless of overtime work, as overtime pay for 40 hours)

  • Overtime exceeding 40 hours will result in additional wages paid for the labor portion.
  • The final annual salary offered will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and their current annual salary.
  • Stock options will be granted upon joining the company, with these options being distributed when stock option-type stock acquisition rights are issued after the candidate's onboarding.
