As the individual responsible for corporate IT in a company with approximately 250 employees, your role extends beyond daily tasks. You are entrusted with the task of establishing a system that ensures appropriate information security, enhances operational efficiency, and supports business growth. Our mission is to effectively manage and maintain internal systems to serve our customers.
Your specific job responsibilities include:
- Managing Gsuite (Google Workspace), OneLogin (Identity Provider), overseeing operations, account management, and selecting and implementing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, followed by ongoing operations, security monitoring, and countermeasures.
- Developing and implementing internal IT-related rules and regulations.
In this position:
- You will have the opportunity to work on issues encompassing the entire IT system of the company, transcending the role of a traditional practical manager.
- When implementing MDM in the future, you will be responsible for selecting the appropriate tools and gain experience in the implementation process.
- Previous experience in Gsuite (Google Workspace) operations.
- Proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) operations.
- Experience in introducing and operating Identity Providers (IdP).
- Knowledge and experience related to Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
- Experience working at a company in the process of preparing for an initial public offering (IPO).

Salary :
- Annual salary range: ¥5 million to ¥7 million [Model annual salary: ¥6 million]
- Basic salary: ¥380,952
- Duties allowance: ¥119,048 (provided regardless of overtime hours, with overtime pay calculated for hours exceeding 40)
*1. Overtime exceeding 40 hours will result in additional compensation for the labor portion.
*2. The annual salary will be determined, taking into account skills, experience, and the candidate's current annual salary.
*3. Stock options will be granted upon the issuance of stock option-based stock acquisition rights after joining the company.
