- "Mitumore" - Japan's exclusive quotation platform that connects users with professionals offering services across more than 300 categories, spanning from daily life to business needs.
- "MeetsOne" - A Field Service SaaS solution tailored to optimize workflow processes within on-site work industries, including electrical work and water services.

Our core focus centers around web application development, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as TypeScript, Nest.js, and React. We champion an agile development approach characterized by 2-week sprint cycles.
[Software and Development Workflow]
- Development is conducted on GitHub, with all engineers utilizing the GitHub Copilot Team plan.
- Continuous Integration (CI) processes are executed using CircleCI for every Pull Request (PR).
- Communication tools like Slack and collaborative platforms such as Google Docs and Notion are integral for code reviews and internal information sharing within the team.
- For server monitoring, we rely on robust tools like Datadog and Pagerduty to ensure seamless operation.

We are actively seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in designing and developing web applications using React.
- Expertise in designing and developing servers with Node.js.
- Competence in using version control systems, particularly Git.
- Basic knowledge of network concepts.
- Ability to write test code for quality assurance.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding official documentation for various programming languages and libraries.
We are particularly interested in candidates who bring the following expertise:
- Proficiency in performance measurement and the ability to investigate bottlenecks in web applications.
- Experience working with Elasticsearch, especially in a development or operational capacity.
- Knowledge and practical experience in implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) measures to enhance web visibility.
- A track record of contributing to open-source software (OSS) projects, demonstrating a commitment to the OSS community.

Salary :
Annual Salary: 4.5 million to 8 million yen [Sample Annual Compensation]
- 6 million yen:
- Base Salary: ¥380,952
Job Allowance: ¥119,048 (Fixed, not dependent on overtime, applicable for up to 40 hours of overtime)

- Any overtime exceeding 40 hours will result in additional compensation for the labor portion.
- The final annual salary will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and the current annual salary.
- Stock options will be granted, with actual grants occurring when stock option-type stock acquisition rights are issued upon joining the company.
