Salary :
- Annual salary range: ¥4 million to ¥12 million [Model annual salary: ¥6 million]
- Basic salary: ¥380,952
- Duties allowance: ¥119,048 (provided regardless of overtime hours, with overtime pay calculated for hours exceeding 40)
*1. Overtime exceeding 40 hours will result in additional compensation for the labor portion.
*2. The annual salary will be determined, taking into account skills, experience, and the candidate's current annual salary.
*3. Stock options will be granted, with awards being issued when stock option-based stock acquisition rights become available upon joining the company.
