As the individual accountable for overseeing the development of multiple product features, your primary objective is to foster a culture of ownership and diligently manage technical debt. Additionally, in your role as an Engineering Manager (EM), you are tasked with the supervision of a team of approximately 3 to 7 engineers. Your responsibilities encompass various facets, including:
- Conducting specification reviews and system design.
- Engaging in web front-end development using TypeScript and React.
- Participating in API development utilizing Node.js.
- Carrying out code reviews, encompassing both new and existing code, with a focus on refactoring.

Simultaneously, you'll work collaboratively with other teams, fostering mutual feedback to enhance overall development speed.
- Beyond the development realm, you'll collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) to conceptualize and expand business offerings from a user-centric perspective. Involvement in product creation begins early, during the planning stages of projects, allowing you to contribute significantly to product development from inception.

Salary :
Annual Salary: 7 million to 12 million yen [Sample Annual Compensation]

- Base Salary: ¥634,921
Job Allowance: ¥198,413 (Fixed, not dependent on overtime, applicable for up to 40 hours of overtime)
