Salary :

The annual income for this position falls within the range of 4 million to 8 million yen. The model annual income is set at 5.5 million yen and is structured as follows:

  • Basic salary: ¥3,492,060
  • Duties allowance: ¥1,091,280 (provided regardless of overtime work, as overtime pay for 40 hours)

  • Overtime that exceeds 40 hours will result in additional wages being paid for the labor portion.
  • The final annual salary offered will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and their current annual salary.
  • Stock options will be granted upon joining the company, with these options being distributed when stock option-type stock acquisition rights are issued after the candidate's onboarding.
