- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources and recruitment.
- Proficiency in designing systems, including evaluation systems and salary structures.
- Previous HR experience at a venture company during a period of organizational expansion, particularly with a workforce of around 300 people.
- Experience spanning the entire journey from startup to becoming a mega-venture.
- Additional experience on the business side in addition to HR expertise, showcasing a well-rounded skill set.
- Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership, enabling you to effectively mobilize diverse human resources.

Salary :
- The annual salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and their current annual salary.
- The monthly salary already includes an allowance for 40 hours of fixed overtime.
