The CRM Marketing Specialist is dedicated to boosting our company's sales and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), such as continuous user growth and LTV (Lifetime Value), by leveraging CRM strategies across multiple touchpoints including email, apps, and LINE. [Specific Job Responsibilities]

This role encompasses the following tasks:

  • Planning, executing, and evaluating the effectiveness of CRM initiatives using channels like email newsletters, in-house apps, and LINE.
  • Designing, executing, and assessing campaigns aimed at enhancing user retention.
  • Conducting quantitative analysis utilizing sales data, access data, survey data, and other sources.
  • Analyzing customer journeys for each service and determining suitable channels and strategies.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in CRM measures, including email distribution, push notifications, and incentive programs.

  • Proficiency in analysis using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience in managing and operating social media accounts (SNS).
  • Previous involvement in promoting app usage.
  • Work experience at a company that manages multiple products, such as e-commerce (EC) sites and platforms.

Salary :

  • Annual salary range: ¥4.5 million to ¥7 million [Model annual salary: ¥6 million]
  • Basic salary: ¥380,952
  • Duties allowance: ¥119,048 (provided regardless of overtime hours, with overtime pay calculated for hours exceeding 40)

*1. Overtime exceeding 40 hours will result in additional compensation for the labor portion.

*2. The annual salary will be determined, taking into account skills, experience, and the candidate's current annual salary.

*3. Stock options will be granted, with awards being issued when stock option-based stock acquisition rights become available upon joining the company.
