As the head of corporate IT in a company comprising approximately 250 employees, my role involves not only daily responsibilities but also the establishment of a system to ensure proper information security, enhance operational efficiency, and facilitate business growth. Our primary mission is to effectively manage and sustain internal systems to support our clientele. The specific responsibilities encompass suggesting and executing state-of-the-art solutions, unburdened by conventional approaches, while maintaining oversight over various internal data, software, and IT infrastructure in a holistic, cross-functional manner.
In this particular job position, you will be tasked with:
- Managing Gsuite (Google Workspace) and OneLogin (Identity Provider).
- Overseeing operations and account management.
- Selecting and implementing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, followed by ongoing management.
- Conducting security monitoring and implementing countermeasures.
- Formulating and executing internal IT-related policies and guidelines.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work comprehensively across all aspects of the company's IT system, extending beyond the scope of a traditional manager. Moreover, as we consider the future implementation of MDM, you will lead in the selection of tools and gain hands-on experience in the deployment process.

- Experience in Identity Provider (IdP) Introduction and Management
- Expertise in Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
- Experience in a Company Preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO)

Salary :
Annual Salary: 5 million to 7 million yen [Sample Annual Compensation]
- 6 million yen:
- Base Salary: ¥380,952
Job Allowance: ¥119,048 (Fixed, not dependent on overtime, applicable for up to 40 hours of overtime)

- Any overtime exceeding 40 hours will result in additional compensation for the labor portion.
- The final annual salary will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and the current annual salary.
- Stock options will be granted, with actual grants occurring when stock option-type stock acquisition rights are issued upon joining the company.
