Salary
The annual salary for this position ranges from 7 million to 12 million yen. The model annual salary is set at 10 million yen, structured as follows:

- Duties allowance: ¥1,984,130 (provided regardless of overtime work, as overtime pay for 40 hours)

- Overtime exceeding 40 hours will be compensated with additional wages for the labor portion.
- The final annual salary offered will take into account the candidate's skills, experience, and their current annual salary.
- Stock options will be granted upon joining the company, and these options will be distributed when stock option-type stock acquisition rights are issued after the candidate's onboarding.
