In the role of the Chief Product Officer (CPO), your responsibilities include:

The current organizational structure includes 5 Product Managers (PMs), 30 engineers, and 4 designers. The existing products consist of a platform with web and client app/business app components, as well as a new Vertical SaaS (Software as a Service) business with management web and field app elements.

  • Proficiency in various product-related processes, including issue definition, comprehensive planning, creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), management of development schedules, and thorough tracking of product releases.

Salary :

The annual salary range for this position is between 7 million and 12 million yen. The model annual salary is set at 10 million yen, which comprises:

  • Basic salary: ¥6,349,210
  • Duties allowance: ¥1,984,130 (provided regardless of overtime work, as overtime pay for 40 hours)

  • Overtime exceeding 40 hours will be compensated with additional wages for the labor portion.
  • The annual salary offered will take into consideration the candidate's skills, experience, and current annual salary.
  • Stock options will be granted upon joining the company. These grants will occur when stock option-type stock acquisition rights are issued.
