Salary :
The annual salary range for this position is between 7 million and 12 million yen. The model annual salary is set at 10 million yen, which comprises:

- Duties allowance: ¥1,984,130 (provided regardless of overtime work, as overtime pay for 40 hours)

- Overtime exceeding 40 hours will be compensated with additional wages for the labor portion.
- The annual salary offered will take into consideration the candidate's skills, experience, and current annual salary.
- Stock options will be granted upon joining the company. These grants will occur when stock option-type stock acquisition rights are issued.
