Salary :
- Annual salary range: ¥4,000,000 to ¥6,000,000
- Basic salary range: ¥253,968 to ¥380,952
- Job allowance range: ¥79,366 to ¥119,048 (provided regardless of overtime hours, with overtime pay calculated for hours exceeding 40)
*1. Overtime work exceeding 40 hours will result in additional compensation.
*2. The annual salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and the candidate's current annual salary.
*3. Stock options will be granted, with awards being issued when stock option-based stock acquisition rights become available upon joining the company.
