The CRM Marketing Manager is dedicated to increasing our company's sales and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as continuous user growth and LTV (Lifetime Value) through the strategic utilization of CRM initiatives across various contact points, including email, apps, and LINE. [Specific Job Responsibilities]

This role involves:

  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of CRM initiatives through channels like email newsletters, in-house apps, and LINE.
  • Developing and executing campaigns aimed at enhancing user retention.
  • Conducting quantitative analysis using sales data, access data, survey data, and more.
  • Analyzing customer journeys for each service and determining suitable channels and strategies.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of necessary CRM functions and systems.

  • Previous involvement in establishing CRM organizations and developing associated systems.

Salary :

  • Annual salary range: ¥6 million to ¥9 million [Model annual salary: ¥7.5 million]
  • Basic salary: ¥476,190
  • Duties allowance: ¥148,810 (provided regardless of overtime hours, with overtime pay calculated for hours exceeding 40)

*1. Overtime exceeding 40 hours will result in additional compensation for the labor portion.

*2. The annual salary will be determined, taking into account skills, experience, and the candidate's current annual salary.

*3. Stock options will be granted, with awards being issued when stock option-based stock acquisition rights become available upon joining the company.
