Salary :
- Annual salary range: ¥5,000,000 to ¥8,000,000 [Model annual salary: ¥6,500,000]
- Basic salary: ¥412,698
- Duties allowance: ¥128,969 (provided regardless of overtime hours, with overtime pay calculated for hours exceeding 40)
*1. Overtime exceeding 40 hours will result in additional compensation.
*2. The annual salary will be determined taking into account skills, experience, and the candidate's current annual salary.
*3. Stock options will be granted, with awards being issued when stock option-based stock acquisition rights become available upon joining the company.
