Leading Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Digital Transformation (DX) projects within the Security & Privacy domain, encompassing the organization of business issues, requirement definition, design and development, testing and implementation, as well as providing support for establishment and refinement.

Additionally, overseeing the development of the overall business and system architecture, crafting solutions that integrate existing business systems with cutting-edge technology.

We can establish a system that enables rapid adaptation to evolving security and privacy requirements, contingent on the ever-changing business landscape. Your role will involve close collaboration with the legal departments of individual businesses, with an emphasis on designing processes that align with the needs of customers and employees.
