Within this team, the Senior Corporate Risk Monitoring Specialist assumes a key position responsible for managing a spectrum of activities aimed at comprehending and mitigating the diverse risks that surround Mercari. Specifically, this role involves overseeing the formulation and execution of risk management strategies and systems, conducting risk assessments, promoting the development of risk mitigation and response strategies based on these assessments, and managing and executing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and crisis response plans, which involve a wide array of updates and actions. The role also necessitates close collaboration with various departments, including the management team, and the coordination of cross-functional teams.

- A track record as an external expert, having worked with tech companies as clients, showcasing your expertise in providing external guidance and support.
- Experience in devising and implementing Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and managing crisis response procedures.
- Professional experience at a global company, reflecting your ability to navigate the complexities of a global business environment.
- Proficient communication skills, particularly important for roles that frequently act as intermediaries between operational teams and upper management.
- The capability to effectively execute long-term plans, including risk reduction activities that extend over a year.

Employment Status
